Judy Volk rejoins Afni as Vice President of Client Services and Operations, Subrogation
We’re excited to share that Judy Volk is rejoining Afni on September 3 as Vice President of Client Services and Operations, Subrogation.
In her new role, Judy will focus on enhancing client service and supporting business development for our subrogation clients. Her vast experience in BPO operations and captive carrier management will be instrumental in driving our subrogation business to new levels of success. Judy’s impressive background includes spearheading both subrogation and fraud strategies, developing predictive models to identify missed subrogation opportunities, improving fraud awareness, and handling practices in the insurance industry.
Additionally, Judy’s dedication to community volunteerism aligns with our organizational values and culture. We are thrilled to have Judy back and leading our subrogation team. Her energy, experience, and leadership will have a positive impact on our employees and the clients we serve.
