After 35 years of leadership and service, Bruce Griffin, Afni’s Chairman, has announced his retirement effective January 29, 2021.

With a natural ability to build relationships and drive innovation, Bruce was a driving force behind our growth and transformation from a local collection agency to the global provider of outsourced customer engagement, subrogation, and collections solutions we are today. We cannot thank Bruce enough for his remarkable career achievements and contributions to our success.

“Bruce was absolutely invaluable to Afni’s growth through the years,” said Afni CEO and President, Ron Greene. “His leadership, his capacity to motivate people, his uncanny ability to connect with people, and his focus on delivering solutions to meet our client needs have been critical to our success. We are beyond thankful for all the years he has dedicated to Afni.”

“My passion was always for our employees and clients,” Bruce stated. “I wanted the company to provide the opportunity for everyone to create a better life, to treat everyone with dignity and respect, and never settle for mediocrity of commitment, quality, or service.”

Afni extends our warmest wishes and everlasting thanks as he begins the next chapter of his life. We will miss Bruce and wish him all the best in his well-deserved retirement.

Thank you and congratulations, Bruce!
