Afni Earns Several Client Awards

When you’re proud of the work you do every day, it shows. At Afni, we embrace a customer service focus and a culture of care throughout our global operations and across each program. Our clients recognize our efforts and continually honor us with accolades:  

Top Compliance Award. Our client recently implemented an analytics program to measure vendor compliance more accurately. After regularly being the top vendor in compliance rate throughout 2017, our phenomenal Inbound Voice Sales team has continued to exceed expectations and earned the first quarter compliance award for 2018 performance.  

#1 Vendor Ranking. While Afni consistently earns this rating for many of our partners, we most recently earned this ranking for a First Party Collections program in Q1 2018. Not only was Afni a top performer, but we also exceeded goals on every metric on the Vendor scorecard.  

Best Inbound Call Center Award.  A large telecommunications  partner recently honored Afni for exceeding sales targets, as well as having the highest quality and lowest error rate of all their partners.  

Excellence in Service Award. This award recognizes a partner in each segment for their outstanding achievements and success throughout the past year. For two years running, Afni has earned this distinction for our service on a First Party Collections program.
