Afni-Philippines Operations Reach 1,000 Employees
Afni-Philippines announced its Quezon City operations have exceeded 1,000 employees and the Afni family continues to grow.
"Getting to 1,000 employees was a goal and milestone we've been excited about for a while," said Ken Hahn, Vice President and Country Manager. "But it's really more than just growing our numbers. The caliber of the employees, their passion for service, and what they're able to take back to their families, makes our expansion so worthy and successful."
The company opened operations in 2012 at a temporary location in Fort Bonifacio, and later moved to its current, more employee-centric location on Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City, with around 100 employees. Today, Afni-Philippines employs contact center agents, support teams, and management for client programs that span inbound service and sales, outbound sales, and web chat.
Still Hiring and Growing
"While adding 1,000 employees to the Afni family in the past 18 months is something we're happy about, we're more excited that we continue growing," said Hahn. "Our focus is creating the best customer experience talent in the BPO industry to fill the 1000+ new positions our clients need from Afni-Philippines in 2015. We're hiring right now for new training classes starting every week."
