Afni Increases its Hourly Wage in Tucson, AZ

Afni announced an increase to its base wage from $10 to $11.25 for most of its entry-level Customer Service Representatives jobs in Tucson.

"Increasing our entry-level starting wage is a great way for Afni to recognize the value of its employees and respond to increasingly competitive labor market pressures in Tucson and across the U.S.," said Kathy Poley, Senior Vice President of Global Contact Center Operations. "We love doing business in the Tucson area. Continuing to invest in our employees and attract the best talent is a top priority."

Afni employs 1,500+ Customer Service and Sales Representatives in Tucson. The company's contact center voice representatives answer inbound customer service calls from Afni's clients' customers. Most of the calls are people seeking help with updating their accounts, asking billing questions, finding the right products and services, and gaining access to accurate and timely information.
