Mission accomplished: Customer Service Week 2025 highlights
From October 6 to 10, Afni agents across the globe geared up, suited up, and showed up for Customer Service Week 2025! With the theme “Mission: Possible,” every day was packed with spy-worthy challenges, team spirit, and moments that reminded us why service excellence is our superpower. From laser mazes to mystery clues, our agents proved that no mission is too big when we work together.
Mexico: Spy games and survival kits
The Mexico team went full spy mode with creative and interactive missions all week long. From designing personalized spy badges to navigating a laser maze and posting proud “mission accomplished” moments, our team brought their A-game. The week wrapped up with the coveted Agent Survival Kit, awarded to those who completed at least three missions, proof that no mission was too tough for this team!
Philippines: Stories, snacks, and surprises
Our PH team kicked off the celebration with the #AfniMissionJourney video contest, sharing inspiring stories of their Afni journey. Midweek pantry events brought tasty treats, fun games, and daily raffles with cool prizes. The excitement peaked with a grand raffle featuring major tech and appliance giveaways!
United States: Crack the code, claim the prize
Our U.S. team dove into a week-long whodunnit mystery while enjoying daily challenges like quote-matching, puzzles, and “This or That” games. On-site employees enjoyed themed snacks and surprises, adding to the week’s excitement. Meanwhile, the month-long Steps4Life challenge kept the momentum going, rewarding those who completed their missions with weekly and grand prizes!
Customer Service Week may have ended, but the spirit of fun and connection lives on. Our teams accepted the mission and reminded us all why we are truly unstoppable. Here’s to more wins, more stories, and more missions ahead!
