Afni Will Add 86 New Contact Center Jobs for its Operations in Bowling Green, KY

Afni is growing its Bowling Green, Kentucky center and will add 86 new contact center jobs by the end of the year. The company will host a Hiring Open House kickoff event on July 9 & 10, 2018 for candidates interested in learning more. Many of the new opportunities will be for customer service agents supporting a premier-brand client in the retail industry.  

“We’re thrilled to partner with one of the nation’s largest food & retail companies to offer new, exciting jobs in the Bowling Green community,” said Cindy Blackburn, Vice President of Global Human Resources. “We’ve kicked off the year with significant growth and have no plans of slowing down. Continuing to grow our presence and hiring top talent in the Bowling Green community is important to us.”  

With this project, Afni will be able to accommodate a new full-service customer care program for one of the largest retailers in the world. Agents will quickly engage with customers, provide best-in-class support with billing, service, or account questions and more.  

The growth marks Afni’s second expansion in Bowling Green since opening the center in 2000. The company currently employs 230 people in Bowling Green.

The company’s Hiring Open House event will be on July 9, 2018, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. and July 10, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Bowling Green contact center at 2625 Scottsville Road in the Greenville Mall. At Afni’s Hiring Open House events, candidates can meet the Afni team, apply for positions, and interview.
