Afni Brings 300 New Customer Service Jobs to Tucson

Afni will add 300 new jobs to the Tucson area, the Company announced today. The new jobs are to staff new client programs and additional business from current client programs.

“The Afni team’s passion for delivering exceptional service to every customer is why we’re able to add these new jobs,” said Kathy Poley, Senior Vice President of Global Contact Center Operations. “I’m very proud of our teams and the fact that we are able to grow our operations in Tucson and give 300 more people a place in the Afni family.”

Along with 300 new Customer Service Representatives, Afni will hire 30 Project Coaches, and other Operational Support personnel starting this month.

“This is an exciting time for us,” said Michelle Eickmeyer, Senior Director of Operations. “We’re looking for people like us who are passionate about customer experiences. Afni is the perfect place for those just starting their career in customer service and for those who are already experts.”

Afni’s paid training now includes hands-on customer contact as early as week three of the twelve-week training program.
