2012 Industry Report Shows Afni Subrogation Arbitration Performance Well Above Industry Average

Arbitration Forums, Inc., in its Year-End 2012 Intercompany Arbitration Performance Reports, reported Afni's respondent and applicant arbitration performance as well above industry average across a number of key measurements.

According to the report, Afni's subrogation respondent arbitration win rate is 54%, which is nine points higher than the industry average of 45%. Further, Afni's dollars saved per case defended was 22% higher than industry average. This means cases defended by Afni's arbitration authors protected $260 more than industry average.

Arbitration Forums also reported Afni's subrogation applicant arbitration win rate is 63%, which is four points higher than the industry average of 59%. Plus, Afni's average award dollars per case filed is 8% higher than industry average. This means applicant cases filed by Afni's arbitration authors were awarded $131 more than industry average.

"Performing above industry averages is more than just a team accomplishment," O'Donnell said. "Ultimately, it translates to greater returns for our clients' subrogation operations."
